Why is it that we love to laugh? Is it just the act of laughing? Not really…we get so much more than a giggle when we laugh! We exercise our lungs, we stimulate the core muscles, we open the circulation and we release neurotransmitters that change our body chemistry every time we laugh.

When we laugh with others, we form bonds of friendship, peace and, even love with them! We when we laugh with others, we findĀ  common ground with them and ease tensions. Laughing feels good and does good!
